Application for Elsa (AKC Miniature Poodle)

This application is between Jasmine Tarter (“Owner”), and First and Last Name (“Applicant”). The subject of this Application is the ("puppy/dog"). The Applicant acknowledges that filling out this form is not a guarantee of purchase, but it is for the intent to get to know each other better, and seeing if you and Elsa would be a good fit.

Elsa is a beautiful house-trained adult female that will be available to go home now. She has been an incredible companion, and loves walks and 1:1 attention. We are retiring her from our program as we are downsizing due to grandchildren on the way! We want her to live out the rest of her days loved and spoiled like she deserves. She is 4 years old. She is crate trained, but used to running freely in the house.

Waitlist fee:

A non-refundable Waitlist fee of $500.00 shall be due and paid to Owner/Jasmine Tarter upon application approval. The Waitlist fee is payable through Good Dog. The $500.00 paid will go towards the full purchase amount of $1500.00, no papers included if purchasing as a pet, or $2500 if purchasing with the option to have a litter of puppies, Papers for AKC full registration included. Pricing includes Indiana State Sales Tax. Applicant acknowledges that the waitlist fee is nonrefundable in all circumstances.

Buyer's Responsibilities

At 3C Poodles, we take dog ownership seriously. We put our puppies/dogs health and well-being as a top priority. It is important to us that you do the same. We want all of our puppies/dogs to go to homes that will take pride in caring each dog.

Puppy/Dog Pickup

Owner reserves specific dates and times for pickup. Buyer is responsible to pick up puppy/dog, or make arrangements in advance if there is a conflict of schedules. All puppies/dogs not picked up by pickup date are subject to a $20 per day boarding fee.

*If Buyer does not make advance arrangements to pick up puppy/dog late, and does not respond to email/phone/text messages within three day of the specified pickup date, waitlist deposit will be forfeited, and puppy/dog will no longer be available for them to purchase.
